Sealer for shrink film with heat gun
Desktop sealer with impulsive heating seals and cuts off the film at the same time. The included heat gun allows, if it is necessary, tightly pack the goods in shrink film after sealing. The sealer is equipped with a roll holder, which is necessary for using roll material. The length of seal is 600 mm, the seam thickness is 1 mm, the film thickness is up to 150 microns, which allow to work with a large number of sizes of packages and films. The sealer has a sealing timer. It’s used in food and non-food industries, it is used for piece and group packaging of various products and goods in different types of film ( including PVC – film).
Sealer is suitable for:
- forming a package of center fold film
- forming a package of roll film
- packaging of finished bags
- shrink film cutting in required sizes
- heat shrinkage of finished products in package
Preferred material for packaging on this sealer is shrink PVC film and thin PE film for the manufacture of packages. Ideal for packing greens ( dill, parsley, coriander, basil), bread and flour products ( buns, bread, croissants, gingerbreads), consumer goods ( soap, shampoo, perfume, washing powder) etc.
