VI1010II - vertical bag sealer is equipped with a wide and long drive conveyor and a date stamping function in the bag seam. The bag sealing occurs automatically. The operator only needs to pass in the packages with the open side to the receiving slot, then the package is captured by the rollers and independently moves along the conveyor through the sealing and cooling blocks. By adjusting the conveyor speed and sealing temperature, you can achieve excellent sealing quality and choose the optimal settings for your material. Maximum weight of the product bag is 1 kg. 3-4 packages are placed on the conveyor at the same time. The direction of movement of the package is from right to left.

The ink sticks dating module completes the function of applying the date in the automatic bag sealer. In this case, the print can be placed anywhere in the seam, and signs are bright, clear and resistant to moisture and abrasion.

VI1010I – it is a desktop horizontal roller bag sealer with a dating device and with thermal tape. A wide wire conveyor is integrated into the sealing machine, width 205 mm, length 1065 mm. Packages pass on the conveyor flat, in a lying position, in the direction from right to left, the maximum recommended load on the conveyor is 3 kg. Special heating blocks with heating elements are used to seal the bag, they heat the film, then the film is pressed tightly with special pressure rollers due to which a seam is formed, then the bag enters the zone of cooling jaws, where the seam cools down and becomes strong and durable. In the process of sealing, there is the possibility of affixing the date through a thermal printer; in this case, a thermal transfer ribbon is a consumable material that affixes the date according to the principle of carbon copy.
