VISA1370AL/M automatic vertical conveyor sealing machine
Designed for sealing heavy bags.
VISA-1370AL/M – it is automatic vertical conveyor sealer. It is designed for packaging bags weighing about 20 kg and a total load on the conveyor of 60 kg. Equipped with a larger conveyor belt and supporting railing, the sealer is able to work with large and tall packages. Maximum package height is 530 mm and minimum package height is 330 mm. Strong and neat seams is formed by adjusting the conveyor speed and sealing temperature. Bag sealer works with films PE, PLHP, PVC, BOPP types, the density can be different.
After sealing, the seam cools down and manufacturing date, expiration date of the product can be placed on it, or other information is applied (if it is necessary). For this purpose, the sealing machine uses an ink sticks marking mechanism. The paint is consumed sparingly, is not erased and is not smeared by moisture, by chilling etc.
