Conveyor-type bag sealer 810I and 810II

Conveyor-type bag sealer 810I is designed for sealing the necks of the bags on an industrial scale. The package moves on it lying down ( flat down). As a rule, it is used for small size packages, for packages with piece production etc.

This roller sealer is equipped with   ink sticks dating device, which allows to print bold sings in the seam area, the packing date can be stamped in two lines, there is also an adjustment of the date stamp position - this allows you to adjust the location of the stamp pause. Consumables - ink roller has a resource of 40-50 thousand prints.

Modern bag sealing machine 810I has an electronic controller. By changing the speed of the conveyor belt and the temperature of the heating elements, it is possible to achieve reliable welding of the film of various thickness and composition.

Roller bag sealer 810II is designed for packaging bags in vertical position, which is necessary when you work with liquid and bulk products. The operator places the packages with products on the conveyor of the sealing machine, the direction of movement is from right to left. All others actions is automated. The maximum allowable weight per package is 1 kg. The dating device in the bag sealer 810II  is used to stamp a date in the area of the heat seal.  A differential characteristic is that the date location in the seam can be positioned. The print is clear, not erased and not smeared. The ink roller has a long work resource. At that, the adjustment of the heating of the ink roller is applied for strike a balance between print sharpness and ink consumption. The date can be printed in two lines.

The case of bag sealer 810II is made of stainless steel or painted metal. The temperature of the sealing and the speed of the conveyor is adjusted, which allows you to achieve a durable seam on the bags of any polymer film.
