Roller bag sealers VI770I and VI770II

Roller bag sealer 770I closes the necks of the bags quickly and easily by heat sealing. It seals bags with food and non-food products with weight no more than 1 kg. In this case, the operator simply needs to put the bag on the conveyor and install the neck in the receiving slot. The bag seals in a process of moving along the conveyor. The packing date is stamped (squeezed out)  on the sealing seam in two lines.

The bag sealer 770I series is designed to work with horizontally located packages. Packages move on the conveyor from right to left. Convenient mechanical temperature controller simplifies work with equipment and allows to choose optimum temperature. The conveyor speed is also adjustable, so you can choose the most suitable ratio between the sealing temperature and the sealing speed and achieve the best quality weld seal.

770II is a roller bag sealer, designed for packaging products, that can pour out or drip out with a horizontal movement of packages.  That means the packages move along the conveyor in a vertical position. A unique feature of this model is that it can be assembled differently and used as a horizontal sealing machine.

The moving speed of conveyor and the seal temperature is adjusted, which allows to use automatic bag sealer 770II in work with any polymer film, including very thick film. Due to the presence of a thermal controller and the ability to adjust the speed of the conveyor belt, it is possible to achieve perfect quality of the seam.

The packages with products move on conveyor sealer from right to left. If it is necessary, the packing date is stamped on them (squeezed out on the film) in the process of soldering.
